The ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture, in which a practitioner strategically places needles in the body, can also enhance your sex life. Balancing and relaxing the body with acupuncture has long been used to boost libido, says Baljit Khamba, ND, a naturopathic doctor and an assistant professor of naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University California in San Diego.

Khamba coauthored a study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine in which 35 men and women with sexual dysfunction, likely caused by antidepressants they were taking, were treated with nine acupuncture sessions. At the end, libido had improved in women, while erection, timing of ejaculation, and ability to orgasm were enhanced in men. (6)

5 Exercises Men Can Do for Better Sex

Move over, Viagra: Regular exercise could be the best medicine for a man to improve his sex life.


You know that working out is good for your health. But did you know that hitting the gym
could also help you have better sex? “Working out three to four times a week can do a
lot to help your sexual technique, flexibility, and endurance,” says Pete McCall, MS, an exercise physiologist and personal trainer for the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
So what types of exercise are best for better sex? McCall recommends the following
five “sex exercises.”

Better Sex Exercise No. 1: Weight Lifting

Strength training could be just what the doctor ordered for your sex life. The reason:
“Weight lifting causes the body to produce testosterone, which is the primary precursor
for the male sex drive,” says McCall, who recommends lifting enough to feel
fatigue by the 10th repetition. In fact, some studies have linked short intense exercise,
such as weight lifting, with increased testosterone levels.
To improve your sex life, do some push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches.
These muscle-building exercises can help lead to better sex by strengthening
the shoulders, chest, and abs. Strong upper body strength can increase
stamina since these muscles are used during intercourse.

Better Sex Exercise No. 2: Kegels

Doing Kegels is considered a good sex exercise for men because these
exercises can help endurance and control by toning the pubococcygeus
(PC) muscles — the ones that let you stop the flow of urine mid-stream.
Named after Los Angeles physician Arnold Kegel, they strengthen the
muscles in your body’s pelvic floor, which can lead to better sex.
“Men can use Kegels to delay ejaculation by contracting these muscles
just before orgasm,” says McCall. To do Kegels, start by interrupting the
flow of urine when going to the bathroom to get familiar with your PC muscles.
After that, you can do Kegels anytime and any place by squeezing the PC muscles.
Hold for 10 seconds, relax, and do as many reps as you can before tiring.


Better Sex Exercise No. 3: Yoga

Want to shake up your sex life with some new positions? Practicing yoga will give
you better sex by allowing your body to get into creative positions for maximum
pleasure during intercourse. “Yoga will help your flexibility,” which can result in
better sex, McCall says. Some experts say it can also improve your stamina in
the sack by drawing your energy in and up. McCall recommends yoga poses that
improve pelvic muscles, such as the Bow Pose, Peacock Pose
(also called the Forearm or Elbow Balance), and Shoulder Stand.

Better Sex Exercise No. 4: Fast Walking

In a study of 31,000 men over age 50, Harvard researchers found that aerobic exercise resulted in a 30-percent lower risk of erectile dysfunction (ED).
More specifically, according to another study, aerobic activity that burns at
least 200 calories per day (equal to fast walking for two miles) can significantly
lower the risk of ED. Brisk walking is thought to help ED by improving circulation
and blood flow. “Fast walking, running, and other aerobic activities help your sex
life for the same reason that they prevent heart attacks,” says McCall.
“They keep your blood vessels clear.” The result can be stronger and longer erections. Vigorous activities, such as running and brisk walking, also release 
endorphins and relax you, which can boost sexual performance.

Better Sex Exercise No. 5: Swimming

In another Harvard study of 160 male and female swimmers, swimmers in
their 60s reported sex lives comparable to those in their 40s.
Since sexual activity can be an act of endurance, long-distance
swimming can keep you going and going like the Energizer bunny.
Swimming for at least 30 minutes three times a week will increase
sexual endurance,” says McCall. Swimming is also a great activity for
weight loss, which can also lead to better sex. A randomized, single-blind
study of 110 obese men with ED found that losing just 10 percent of their
body weight improved sexual function in one third of the men. And it’s no
secret that losing excess body fat will help attain those six-pack abs and
make you more attractive to potential partners. The result: better sex!

Testosterone is a vital hormone that is responsible for a number of functions in both men and women. Like other sex hormones, it can decline with age. What Does Testosterone Do?

What Can Cause Testosterone Deficiency?

Testosterone deficiency can be caused by a number of factors including:

  • Andropause. Andropause refers to the male menopause. Not all men go through it, whereas all women go through menopause. It is a gradual process and can vary widely in individual men. During andropause, men experience a decline in the production of testosterone, but it doesn’t drop off as dramatically as sex hormones within the female body during menopause. 
  • Body weight. Excess weight, especially abdominal obesity, can influence testosterone. In fat tissue, there is an enzyme called aromatase which stimulates the production of testosterone to estrogen. This means that men who have more body fat are actually converting some of their testosterone to estrogen. Excess weight can also trigger your cells to become more resistant to insulin, and insulin resistance can cause decreased testosterone. Decreased testosterone promotes weight gain and so a vicious circle forms.
  • Illness or disease, stress levels, depression or mental illness, and endocrine disruptors. Endocrine disruptors are chemical compounds that interfere with regular functioning of the endocrine system (the system in the body that regulates hormones). A common endocrine disruptor in modern life is bisphenol A (BPA), which is an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins. BPA is found in plastics, water bottles, and reheated food in plastic containers such as ready meals. It disrupts the natural endocrine balance in the body and decreases testosterone levels. In one infertility clinic, when analysing men’s urine, traces of BPA were detected in 89% of samples. There are many silent disruptors in our environment found in plastics, flame retardant goods, the coating on non-stick pans and pesticides on food – all of these everyday things contain chemical substances to which the human body is very sensitive. It is vital for our health to be aware of this and minimise exposure, such as decreasing our use of plastics.

Symptoms Of Low Testosterone – How Do You Know If You Have A Testosterone Deficiency?

The physical symptoms of testosterone deficiency in men, in particular during andropause, are:

Men are at increased risk of cardiovascular disease due to decreased testosterone levels.   • Other sex hormones: DHEA, estradiol and progesterone levels.
  • Full blood count: Testosterone replacement therapy can sometimes cause the blood to thicken; therefore a full checkup prior to administering the hormone and monitoring throughout treatment is important. 
  • Diabetes screen (HBA1C) and cholesterol levels (lipid screen): Coexisting metabolic disease goes hand in hand with low testosterone. 
  • Prostate specific antigen (PSA): This can increase if prostate cancer or other prostate disorders are present. 
  • Lifestyle: Age-related decline is just one cause of low testosterone. It is also associated with stress, poor diet, low activity levels and obesity.

If a patient receives Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), but they have excess aromatase in their system due to obesity, their body will convert some of that testosterone into estrogen, which is not the desired outcome. 6 . गाजर- 1 किलो गाजर, चीनी 400 ग्राम, खोआ 250 ग्राम, दूध 500 ग्राम, कद्यूकस किया हुआ नारियल 10 ग्राम, किशमिश 10 ग्राम, काजू बारीक कटे हुए 10-15 पीस, एक चांदी का वर्क और 4चम्मच देशी घी ले लें. गाजर को कद्दूकस करके कडा़ही में डालकर पकाएं. पानी के सूख जाने पर इसमें दूध, खोआ और चीनी डाल दें. तथा इसे कलछी से चलाते रहें जब यह सारा मिश्रण गाढ़ा होने को हो तो इसमें नारियल, किशमिश, बादाम और काजू डाल दें. जब यह गाढ़ा हो जाए तो थाली में देशी घी लगाकर हलवे को थाली पर निकालें और ऊपर से चांदी का वर्क लगा दें.

सेवन विधि-

इस हलवे को चार-चार चम्मच सुबह और शाम खाकर ऊपर से दूध पीना चाहिए. यह धातु की शक्ति को बढ़ाकर शरीर को मजबूत रखता है. इससे पुरुष शक्ति भी बढ़ती है.

7 . इमली- आधा किलो इमली के बीज लेकर उसके दो हिस्से कर दें. इन बीजों को तीन दिनों तक पानी में भिगोकर रख लें. इसके बाद छिलकों को उतारकर बाहर हटा दें और सफेद बीजों को खरल में डालकर कूटें.फिर आधा किलो पीसी हुई मिश्री को अच्छी तरह मिलाकर कांच के खुले मुंह वाली एक चौड़ी बोतल में रख लें.आपका दवा तैयार है.

सेवन विधि-

आधा चम्मच सुबह और शाम के समय में दूध के साथ सेवन करें. इस तरह से यह उपाय शीघ्रपतन के रोग तथा संभोग करने की ताकत में बढ़ोतरी होती है.
